Returning Policy- Exchanges

You have the right to return products purchased, without penalty and without justification, by contacting My Bling’s e shop customer service via email strictly within 5 days from the date of arrival. In this case, you are only charged with the shipping cost of returning goods. Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as received, i.e. without having been unsealed or the packaging been violated and certainly not used, along with the invoice/receipt. We inform you that we don’t accept refunds. In case of returning a product you can purchase another one of equal pricing.

Customers may return and exchange a product purchased on the website only if the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy. You may exchange the products strictly within 12 days after arrival. Take notice that you can only exchange or return an item once. For the avoidance of your own suffering, it is advisable to check carefully, at the time of delivery of your order, that the products and their packaging are intact, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as damaged goods. Products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. My Bling will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.   • Orders

To place your order please follow the “Cart” – “Checkout” routine. You should carefully check all details before placing your order through the website. If you have a Coupon use the “have a coupon” button on the top left of the Checkout page and apply it to your order to get discounts. Upon entering your order, you will receive an automated e-mail, which will provide you with all necessary information regarding your order. After your order has been processed and dispatched by My bling you will receive a second confirmation e-mail, containing useful information regarding dispatch, delivery and confirmation of your order. In case any pending issues should arise, you will be duly informed with a relevant e-mail or by telephone. This service may not be disabled, in order to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of your transaction. To this end, we highly recommend that you promptly inform us of any changes regarding your contact information while your order is still pending.

My Bling reserves the right to cancel any orders due to circumstances such as no availability or elimination of a product and late bank money transfer.

  • Canceling an order

You can cancel your order in one of the following cases: Before you complete and verify your order through the online order process you can click the ‘back’ button and then remove the products from the shopping bag by clicking the ‘remove’ button. My Bling is high quality, and carefully packed for each order you will be informed about the exact time integration with e-mail. The jewelery will be sent via Hellenic Post ELTA always recommended, to ensure maximum safety of our missions . The delivery of your order will take place within 10 working days from the date of submission. Shipping will take place daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

We accept orders from all around the world and we ship for FREE.

During August of official holidays the execution of your order will take place within 15-20 working days from the date of submission. (Everybody needs some holiday!!)


Your order is delivered as registered mail. Any extra taxes and import duties and customs of recipient’s country are charged to the recipient. Charges vary, depending on the applicable taxes of each country. Our customer service department will inform you about the cost of your purchase via email.
